The group classes consist of bag work, pad work, technique, clinching and light sparring. You also have the option to book 1-2-1 classes with our professional coaches.

We recommend purchasing your own gloves and guards when you arrive in Thailand, as gear is generally cheaper here and we can guide you to the best places to buy quality equipment. While the gym does have gloves and guards available for use, for hygiene and comfort, it’s best to have your own set. If you already have gear you like, feel free to bring it with you

For visas, most UK visitors can enter Thailand visa-free for up to 60 days, which covers our standard camp durations. If you plan to stay longer, we can guide you on simple visa extension options. We’ll provide full support before the trip so you know exactly what you need and when. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your entry date into Thailand.
